The indictment of Trump read in the Senate, as a prelude to his trial in impeachment


WASHINGTON | The elected, democratic House of representatives Adam Schiff began reading Thursday in the Senate, the indictment is aimed at Donald Trump, as a prelude to the trial of the impeachment of the president of the United States.

“Donald John Trump, president of the United States, has been indicted for crimes and serious crimes”, has read Mr. Schiff, appointed chief prosecutor for this trial before continuing with the two leaders, held on 18 December by the Chamber: the abuse of power and obstructing the work of Congress.
